The olive oil campaign has slowed down in November, with less production than a year ago and a higher sales rate, according to data released this Thursday by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA). The production of the oil mills has totaled 250,643 tons in November alone and 293,197 tons in the first two months of the campaign (October and November), while sales have been 97,686 tons monthly and 184,796.7 tons accumulated. Stocks as of November 30, 2025, have reached 386,691 tons of oil, which include 251,037 from the oil mills, 104,590 in bulk, and 30,008 packaged by the packagers, and 1,055 from the Olive Growers' Common Heritage Foundation. The agricultural organization COAG has pointed out in a statement that the campaign has slowed down due to lower production and rain, while the market continues to be "very active".
