The price of barley at the tender in Jordan slightly decreased over the week.

According to European traders, Jordan's state grain buyer MIT, at an international tender on December 17, where it planned to contract 120 thousand tons of feed barley of any origin, purchased 60 thousand tons of barley from Souflett for delivery in the first half of March 2026 at a price of $270/t C&F (including freight). The tender included bids from the following operators: Recall that on December 10, 2025, the Jordanian Ministry of Industry and Trade purchased 120 thousand tons of feed barley of any origin at a tender price of $272.75/t C&F.
