In the first nine months of this year, the production of dairy products in Kazakhstan increased by 25% in monetary terms and 5.4% in physical terms compared to the same period last year. However, the production of fermented milk drinks slightly decreased by 0.6%, except for national fermented milk drinks such as shubat and kumys, which saw an increase of 5.7% and 52.8% respectively. Cheese, cottage cheese, butter, spreads, and ice cream production also experienced significant increases.
