The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food's recent survey of the dairy industries reveals a slight increase in deliveries by 0.6% compared to 2020, totaling 6,264,200 tons in the first 10 months of 2021. The production of milk for direct consumption has seen a significant growth of nearly 11%, while there has been a notable decrease in butter production by 21.3%. On the other hand, cheese production has increased by 8.1%, and yogurt production has seen a growth of almost 5%. However, the production of cream and skimmed milk powder has decreased by 7.9% and 48.8% respectively.
