The State Duma has adopted a bill on the status of agricultural producers in regions implementing special economic zones.

The decision on recognizing the household as affected will be issued by local administrations, the procedure will be established at the regional level. The State Duma approved in the second and third readings the law on preserving the status of agricultural producers for those working in regions where the counterterrorism operation (CTO) regime was in effect.
