This week, a team of veterinarians will be available around the clock to address animal health issues at Argentina's most traditional agricultural fair. The fair, featuring various livestock such as cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, camelids, and horses, follows strict standards set by national authorities. Coordinated by Juan Charaf, the Veterinary Guard handles digestive and respiratory problems, assists with frequent calvings, and advises on animal welfare and good practices. This service, provided by the Biogenesis Bagó laboratory, has been a key feature of the fair for 31 years.
