Ukraine and the European Union have decided to cancel part of the tariffs and expand quotas for the export of agricultural products. This was announced by Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Taras Kachka on his Facebook page, reports UkrAgroConsult. The decision of the Association Committee in trade composition No. 3/2025, adopted on October 14, 2025, will come into force on October 29, that is, 15 days after approval. Ukrainian exporters will be able to take advantage of the new trade regime this year. Access to the market for the most sensitive goods, such as sugar, poultry, eggs, wheat, corn, and honey, will remain more restricted and gradual. Full liberalization will only be considered for some non-sensitive goods, such as milk and dairy products, the EU Council indicated.
