An eco-friendly wax that extends the life of fruits, drones that monitor water quality in real time, a microbial accelerator that reduces composting time from 90 to just 30 days, and a functional yogurt that fights anemia. These are some of the ventures that have emerged from Incubagraria, the business incubator of the National Agrarian University La Molina (UNALM), which this month celebrates nine years of creation. Incubagraria is part of the strategic work of the Research Vice-Rectorate, led by Dr. Patricia Gil Kodaka, which promotes the generation of companies that link scientific knowledge with the country's development.
