Until November 14, 2025, producers of wine and dessert grapes can apply for support under the state aid scheme "Aid for compensating the costs of farmers related to the implementation of measures under the National Program of Measures for the Prevention of the Spread and Control of Pests on Grapevines (genus Vitis)." The budget for state aid for 2025, approved by the Management Board of the State Fund "Agriculture" (MB of SFZ), is 5 million BGN. The acceptance of applications under the scheme began on March 24, 2025. Farmers can submit an application for support in the territorial structures of the SFZ either at the permanent address of the individual or sole trader, or at the registered office of the legal entity. According to the Guidelines for the Implementation of State Aid, by December 10, 2025, the SFZ should disburse the financial aid under the scheme.
