Vietnamese crabs are particularly outstanding, becoming one of the fastest-growing supply sources in the Chinese market this year. According to the latest data from the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Processors (VASEP), in the first five months of 2025, China (including Hong Kong) imported crab and related crustacean products from Vietnam worth nearly $80 million, a year-on-year growth of up to 71%, demonstrating high recognition and sustained demand for Vietnamese crabs in the Chinese market.
