VTB in Belgorod region has opened a credit line for the agricultural enterprise LLC "Fasad-Komplekt" in the amount of 30 million rubles. The concessional financing is provided within the framework of a special program to support SMEs conducting business activities in the Kursk, Belgorod, and Bryansk regions (based on the Program for the stimulation of lending to SMEs by the Bank of Russia and the SME Corporation). In addition to concessional lending, the entrepreneur has used the guarantee support mechanism — receiving a "umbrella" guarantee from the SME Corporation for 15 million rubles within the special guarantee limit for border areas. Thanks to this, the company plans to increase the volume of production by 30% by the end of 2025 and boost exports by 15%.
