The Government clarified this Thursday that the zero withholding scheme for meats remains in effect until the end of next month. This communication came after the entry of US$ 7,000 million in just three days from the agricultural sector, which nullified the measure in that sector where the previous percentages were reapplied. "The zero withholding scheme for the export of poultry and bovine meats continues without a limit until October 31st," presidential spokesperson Manuel Adorni informed via X. The national Government formalized, through Decree 685/2025 published in the Official Bulletin, the reduction to zero percent (0%) of the withholdings on the export of bovine, poultry, and equine meats, live animals, and by-products.
