Safiran Sepehr Paya packs and stores its fresh vegetables, fruits and foodstuffs in a cool and dry place under controlled temperatures. The bell peppers are packed in 5 kg boxes and piled in the warehouse. The consignment is read within 5 days of order confirmation and is delivered through Bandar Abbas.

The quality and control assurance teams supervise the sorting and packaging process to ensure that premium quality product is loaded for export purpose. Bell peppers (Capsicum annuum) are fruits that belong to the nightshade family. They are related to chilli peppers, tomatoes, and breadfruit. They are commonly known as the sweet peppers or capsicum. Most of the carbs are sugars, such as glucose and fructose. Bell peppers are also a decent source of fibre.

Safiran Sepehr Paya offers whole and fresh bell peppers. They are of the Dolma variety and come in Yellow, Orange and Red colour. The organically produced peppers fall on medium at a Scoville Scale. They are of GG size which means each pepper is approximately 90~110 mm. The company only offers Grade 1 variety of these bell peppers. They can be stored for at least one week under suitable conditions. The bell peppers can be eaten either raw or cooked.
