The company’s goal is to expand exports to even more countries and aid local vanilla cultivating farmers. The business consists of a base in the USA where the CEO expands the business by looking for new buyers who value the work of small farmers and by the COO from the local farms and family collaboration, as well as corporate partnerships. The company profits from local farmers gaining access to international distribution where vanilla can be sold at fair prices and which can support these families, by bringing them cash crops to people secluded from the ports.



The company has experience working with the United States and would like to further expand the exports to Canada, Australia, and Europe while also exploring other new markets. The key buyers are usually wholesalers, retailers, and restaurants.

Dried vanilla beans are stored in airtight warehouses, in vacuumed sealed plastic bags, and then placed in carton boxes.

Harvest Depot LLC, have a local inspector who checks de quality in all stages from green vanilla beans to package product. Testing is also done after drying to check moisture and then it is classified one by one.

The dry house is sterile shut and has a wash station so workers can maintain hygiene at all times.

Harvest Depot LLC, is finalizing the certifications of Organik Indonesia, EU certified Organic, USDSA and Canada organic, the National Organic Program (NOP) under supervision of USDA, IFOAM organic certification (fort Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand), HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices – GMP, FDA Certification, Fair Trade International.

Harvest Depot LLC is specialized in the production of premium vanilla beans (vanilla planifolia), in a 3-acre farm in Indonesia. The production capacity is about 1 MT in 3-4 years, the harvest period depends on the time is it planted and it takes about 3 years from planting to harvest, and 6-9 months after pollination which is done manually by experts due to fragility of flowers and in specific period with a small window of time per year. The vanilla beans are harvested manually, carefully sun-dried, and cured.

Harvest Depot L.L.C. offers Grade A (Gourmet Grade) quality vanilla beans (vanilla planifolia). The size of beans are from 14 to 21 cm. They are plump, oily, black to dark brown in color, having 30 to 35% moisture content. The company also offers Grade B (Extract Grade), of size from 8 to 12 cm, with dark brown color and moisture contents of 15 to 25%.

The vanilla beans are best suited for cooking, pharmaceutical, incents, extracts, and for medical use. Validity, once it is yielded, is 2 years. The vanilla beans are cultivated from conventional, non-GMO, and organic farms. And there is the possibility to get samples of 10 grams.
