Russia has seen a significant increase in turkey meat production, reaching first place in Europe and second globally with 415 thousand tons produced in 2022, surpassing traditional European leaders. The growth is due to internal demand and active export, with China, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE as the largest buyers. Exports grew by 17% in volume and 43% in value in 2022, with a predicted 10% increase in production by 2023. By 2030, production is expected to reach 600-650 thousand tons, strengthening Russia's position in the global market.
