The wholesale price of raspberries is down -20.89% YoY in Catalonia and down -30.28% in Madrid. Spain experienced unfavorable weather conditions in the beginning of the year, which resulted in a decline in production, and subsequently, expensive prices in the wholesale market. After Easter (April 2021), however, restored weather conditions helped increase production. This increase let to an an oversupply, leading to a relative decline in raspberry prices in Spain.
