López Miras: "A sensible water policy is to interconnect all the river basins"

The president of the Autonomous Community, Fernando López Miras, has affirmed that “a sensible water policy is the interconnection of basins in Spain.” “I am in favor of transfers and I defend the 50 transfers that exist in Spain,” he added.
