Low Quality Weakens Ukrainian Wheat Flour Prices

The wholesale price of Ukrainian wheat flour fell slightly by -1.47% YoY to 0.37 USD/KG in W2 December 2021. The price decline coincided with the decline in the quality of wheat flour caused by unfavorable weather and climate conditions. The low quality of wheat flour will likely reduce buyer interest which can lower the price.
