Dragonfruit can be considered as the number one export fruit from Vietnam. With over 25,000 containers exported annually (mainly to China) it is one of the driving agriculture commodities in Vietnam.

Dragonfruit in Vietnam is divided into 2 seasons, which are the natural season (April to October) and the irradiation season (November to March). Natural season fruit is more price friendly, but the quality and sizes are not as big and regular as during the electric season. The electric season for dragonfruit means, that there are light lamps installed between the dragonfruit trees and are turned on for the whole night due to not enough sunlight during the day. The price is due to usage of electricity higher, but the fruit size is bigger and the quality of the fruit is more suitable for the export market.

White dragonfruit in Vietnam is grown mainly in Binh Thuan province with over 15000 hectares of land with the second location in Long An province, where can you find 2,000 hectares of white dragonfruit.

Does Tridge own the farms or packing houses?

As Tridge currently provides over 300+ products from all over the world, we do not own the farms & packing houses of all of our products. However, we have exclusive or strategic partnerships with our suppliers and farms.

Service

How do you ensure quality and what are your compensation policies?

We dispatch our local fulfillment coordinators in over 70+ countries to check and guarantee quality during the packaging and loading process. For any type of quality claims from, Tridge gives 48 hours to our buyers after the arrival of the goods to invite a 3rd party inspection service provider to check for quality issues. When a full report from the 3rd party inspection company is shared across both parties, claims can be made directly to Tridge. Exact compensation differs by level of quality and by product.

While it is possible in certain cases, Tridge typically sells in FOB or CIF. However, DDP is definitely feasible for certain countries.
