- Has a high tech packing machine that sorts fruits by weight and quality along with a dry matter tester to ensure the fruits are of good quality.
- Owns a large cold storage area for sorted and packed fruits.
- Manual practices are used for cropping and yielding but intend to work with farmers on incorporating technologies to improve crop yields.
- Has exported to Europe but is interested in Asia, the Middle East, and other markets.
- The farm is Global GAP certified and the packhouse is GRASP certified.
