- Coconut Flour is made from fresh organic coconut meat. The meat is dried and defatted and then finely ground into a powder very similar in consistency to wheat flour.
- Coconut Flour is high in fiber. It contains 61% fiber which is the highest percentage of dietary fiber found in any flour. Coconut flour contains 4 times as much fiber as soy flour.
- Packing is available in 25 pound bags, 50 pounds, and 100 pounds. Also, it is packed in 25 kilos and 50 kilo bags.
- It is available as Organic Certified and Non-Organic Coconut Flour.

- It is produced from matured coconuts and the white coconut meat is granulated into the various desired sizes and is available as Macaroons or Fine, Medium, Flakes, Fancy Shreds, or Chips. It also comes either as Sweetened, Toasted, or as Sweetened Toasted.
- Our desiccated coconut is Kosher Certified and Organic Certified.
- Packing is in multi-ply kraft paper bags with inner sealed polyliner. Additional outer polywoven (PP) bags available upon request.
- Packing is either in 25 lbs., 50 lbs., and 100 lbs Also available in 12.5 kilos, 25 kilos, and 50 kilo bags.
