Coop Cavale

- An agricultural cooperative of wine producers and farmers of Limoux and surroundings created in 1921.
- Collects several varieties of cereals including durum wheat, soft wheat, oats, barley as well as sunflower, sorghum, rapeseed, and peas.
- It produces various types of oil from fruits exclusively harvested by members in Limouxin, Razès, and Haute Vallée.
- The oil obtained, worked with care, is decanted and slightly filtered to retain all the taste qualities.
- The distillery has a production capacity of 8,000 hl of alcohol, achieving an average annual turnover of more than 2M euros.
