At grain. we are two brothers who have developed a unique variety of chia seeds: the Monca chia. Originally from Mexico, the Monca has the particularity of being naturally adapted to the French climate. Our mission? Proposing a 100% French production, of quality, fair to the farmers and respectful of the environment. How do we do this? No pesticides are used in our conventional farming (certified zero residue) and we work mainly with farmers who are in conversion to organic farming (C1 or C2). In concrete terms, the difference between these two production methods is whether or not the plot of land is certified. It is through this approach that we give French farmers the opportunity to diversify while ensuring them a fair remuneration, that we help to offer better products for all, and it is thanks to you that this virtuous circle is possible!
