Incremar was founded in 1997 in the city of Cuenca as a small agro-industrial company. Its first product line was the artisanal "Tapiokita" traditional drinks. Just two years later, in 1999, the company relocated to Quito with the ambition of expanding its presence across Ecuador.

In 2006, Incremar made a significant investment by acquiring a new production plant, spanning 3,600 square meters, to support its growing operations. This was followed by a major achievement in 2008, when the company received its first certification in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring the quality and safety of its products.

By 2018, Incremar had further strengthened its commitment to food safety by obtaining the ISO 22000:2018 certification, a global standard for food safety management systems.

In 2021, Incremar expanded into international markets, reaching new customers in South Korea, Spain, and the United States, marking its entry into the global arena.
