Orchard K. Zöllmann

On the island of Rügen's Boldevitz, they have been growing fruit and vegetables on 5 hectares without the use of sprays or other pesticides since 1990. Since their "enterprise" is entirely a family operation, everyone contributes.

They can count on the assistance of their family members, as well as close friends and acquaintances, whether it be for cultivation, harvesting, bottling, or selling. 

However, since the formulas for the jellies, jams, etc. are a trade secret, 

She started a two-year fruit-growing apprenticeship when she was 17 in Lüssow, close to Stralsund. She returned to her  "hometown" after finishing her apprenticeship and a year of practical work in Lüssow.
