Wichita
Wichita variety is one of the most popular, and most widely spread varieties in Mexico. It can reach up to Jumbo sizes (less than 100 pieces/kg), and its kernel yield is excellent. Its shape resembles a "drop of water" with one tip in one of its ends.
Western
Western variety is one of the most popular, and most widely spread varieties in Mexico. It can reach up to XL sizes (110 pieces/kg), and its kernel yield is very good. Its shell has an elongated shape, with two tips; one in each side.
