Shaldag is a fish processing company, with decent backward integration into fish production. Shaldag owns a 2,500MT recirculating aquaculture facility in Lagos, Nigeria where it breeds new fry and grow them to table-size fish before they are processed in smoke-dried catfish fillets and steak. Shaldag's products are antibiotic-free and they are produced under high hygiene conditions. Shaldag maintains full traceability and controls the production of its product from farm to fork.
