- Established in 1999, an agricultural holding specializes in the cultivation of grain crops, oilseeds, fruits, vegetables and livestock farming.

- Annual production capacity of fruits: apple 13000 MT, pear – 90 MT, plum – 100 MT, currants – 400 MT, sweet cherries - 15 MT.

- Has grain complex with the storage capacity of 82 KMT and refrigerating warehouse with a controlled gas environment, designed to store 5000 MT of fruits.
- Strategic plans for near future: acquisition of a sugar plant, planting 350 ha of apple orchards, fruit storage for another 5000 MT, construction of berry shop with a deep-freezing line, launch two dairy farms with milking rooms for 1000 and 500 cows respectively.
