It boasts a straw-yellow hue and a fine, vinous aroma that highlights the characteristic herbaceous notes of the grape. On the palate, the wine is rich, dry, fresh, and savory. The unique processing method preserves its natural complexity, resulting in a product abundant in natural aromas and flavors. A slight haze may be present, which is a natural characteristic and not a defect. "Essenthia" pairs well with appetizers, seafood, cold dishes, and white meats.
