Russia has all the infrastructure for exporting dairy products, but it does not allow Russian producers to be competitive in price.
The problem is that many products require a “cold supply chain”, and the cost of logistics from Russia is very high. And the export of dairy products from Russia to China comes out 3-4 times more expensive than the export of the same products from Germany.
To change the current situation an additional subsidy and state support are needed.
