Turkish farmers have finished their olive harvest preparations. The harvest is underway in some parts of the Marmara region while not yet started in others. A 30% year-on-year (YoY) decrease is expected in the 2023 Marmara olive harvest compared to 2022, impacting table olive supplies in Turkey. This decline has already led to higher prices for olives and olive oil for consumers.
