The Chinese ginger new crop harvest concluded at the end of Oct-23 with availability for export to destinations such as the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) starting in mid-November. However, air-dried ginger for Europe will not be available until mid-January 2024. The current season boasts improved quality compared to the previous one, accompanied by significantly lower prices.
