Export laws are affecting export in Philippines

Some suppliers are not able to export due to stringent requirements given by the government. Certain certifications are needed, such as medical requirements of employees showing that they are not affected by COVID-19 virus and sanitation certificates from local government units. These are needed before they can continue business and transactions. The current lockdown has prevented suppliers from completing such requirements.
