Due to the poor harvest of wild forest bilberries and the intentions of frozen berry producers to reorient themselves to processing raspberries, as well as red and black currants, the cost of them is kept at a fairly high level. This year in Ukraine there is no decrease in wholesale prices for raspberries and currants, even at the height of the harvest season. In particular, the minimum wholesale price for black currants today is more than $ 1.50 per kilogram.
