The Price of Cauliflower in Spain Drops in the End Year 2021

The wholesale price of fresh cauliflower in Spain has decreased by -32.81% YoY. Spanish cauliflower sold at USD 0.66 per kg in W4 December 2021, which was USD 0.98 in 2020. After disrupted production in November, cauliflower in Spain bounced back and led to greater output in December 2021. For that reason, lower prices occurred in the Spanish cauliflower in W4 December 2021. On the other hand, the UK increased its supply of Spanish cauliflower to 19% YoY import value in the first ten months of 2021.
