Aadrea Clove bud essential oil, and Clove extract (absolute) are high-quality extracts from the dried buds of Syzygium aromaticum, also called clove, which belongs to the Myrtaceae family.

Clove bud essential oil is yellow to clear brown, with a characteristic spicy odour. The main active component(s) in a typical oil sample are eugenol (75 – 85%), eugenyl acetate (7- 15%), β-caryophyllene (2 – 9%), and others.
