Goldenberries are orange small round fruits, similar to the size of a large blue berry. Though a low temperature natural dehydration process they get dried. Dried Goldenberries contain high amount of carotene and bioflavonoids as well as vitamin A and C.
Moreover, they also provide healthy dose of dietary fiber, protein and phosphorous. One of their many benefits is their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and diuretic properties.
