Wheat flour of the first grade, mark M 36-30, STB 1666-2006 is soft for the touch, of fine milling, white in color with tint of yellow. It has high gluten content what makes elastic the dough form and product - of nice taste and aroma. The flour of the first grade is used for non-short pastry: bread rolls, pies, spice cakes, pancakes, flapjacks.
