Cold pressed Corn germ oil contains approximately 50% Linoleic acid (Omega 6) and is also particularly high in vitamin E and Zinc. Both of which are known for their antioxidant properties, and for stimulating new healthy cell growth. The clear, golden yellow oil, which gives off a weak smell and taste, is used as table oil. Corn germ oil has an anti-inflammatory, cholesterol-lowering effect and helps digestion.

Organic Cold Pressed Sea Buckthorn oil is an incredibly rich and nutritious oil, that is a deep orange/red in colour.
Interestingly, sea buckthorn oil may also be one of the only plant foods known to provide all four omega fatty acids — omega-3, omega-6, omega-7 and omega-9

Organic Cold Pressed Grape seed oil is an excellent source of antioxidants, tocopherols (Vitamin E) and high contents of phytosterols and polyunsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid, oleic acid, and alpha-linolenic acid. Grape seed oil contains high amounts of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA):Linoleic acid (LA) and alpha linolenic acid (ALA) which belong to the n-6 (Omega-6) and n-3 (Omega-3) series of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA). They are defined ‘essential’ fatty acids since they are not synthesized in the human body and should be taken exclusively by diet.

Sunflower organic cold pressed sunflower oil contains a nutritious blend of essential fatty acids and Vitamin E. It is one of the edible oils best considered in terms of the physiology of nutrients. It is used in the food industry (margarine, salad dressings, mayonnaise) and as a result of its heat stability it is also suitable for cooking. High in Omega 6 oils Sunflower is beneficial in skin care and can be blended with a variety of other base oils.
