Cold pressed Corn germ oil contains approximately 50% Linoleic acid (Omega 6) and is also particularly high in vitamin E and Zinc. Both of which are known for their antioxidant properties, and for stimulating new healthy cell growth. The clear, golden yellow oil, which gives off a weak smell and taste, is used as table oil. Corn germ oil has an anti-inflammatory, cholesterol-lowering effect and helps digestion.
