Our "Biocaffè" is a gourmet 100% Arabica, certified Organic & Fairtrade.
It is a coffee designed to satisfy even the most demanding palates. It is characterised by a unique aromaticity which is exotic, perfectly balanced in sweetness and acidity, filling the palate pleasantly with slight hints of citrus fruit.
The Organic certification ensures that the coffee has been grown, roasted, and packed in compliance with the EU-Organic production regulations.
The Fairtrade standard guarantees the respect of the rights of the farmers and the workers, helping them to get into the business system with conditions that are transparent and correct.
Introducing "Miscela Oro" 90% Arabica: our historical product, a refined espresso blend consisting of 90% Arabica beans from Central and South America + 10% great Indian Robusta.
This combination delivers a dense, velvety crema and a full-bodied, balanced flavor with delicate fruity notes.
Miscela Oro has been awarded 6 Gold Medals at the International Coffee Tasting competition for its superior quality taste, ensuring an unforgettable espresso experience.

Pods and capsules' packing equipment
Packed internally. One of Caffè Morandini’s prerogatives has always been, since the very beginning, its attention to quality. The company has therefore decided not to outsource any of the sections of its single-serving packaging process: both our E.S.E. pods and capsules are packed on the company’s production site located in Esine, Province of Brescia, using specialized equipment.
Our packaging equipment
Our production line has recently been updated by adding a brand-new cartoning machine. This allows us to get our coffee bags directly packed in our cardboard box ready to be shipped or put on the pallets.

100% Compostable and recyclable.
Our capsules are certified OK COMPOST Industrial by TÜV AUSTRIA, thus ensuring they can be directly disposed of with organic waste "as a whole" without having to disassemble them once brewed. Thanks to compostable ‘ high-barrier ’capsules and lids, the precious ground coffee can now be sealed inside a protective atmosphere, without having to add a plastic flowpack externally to each capsule. This not only means that plastic waste is eliminated, but paper wasted is also reduced, as the capsules now occupy less space within the main packaging.

Quality-Oriented Vision
We are a family-running business that has been operating in the coffee industry since the 1960s, that has never abandoned the path originally taken by the founder: an authentic, artisan quality approach towards coffee, from the selection of raw material to its manipulation.
This vision, which has drived our choices since the very first day, has led us to find our way in the tough coffee market, because we have been able to bring to the homes, cafés, restaurants’ tables or counters
something other than just a “cup of espresso”.

Slow Roast
We invest more time in roasting our coffee beans to respect their peculiarities and obtain a more even distribution of colour and aromas. This is something that makes the difference in cup.

Recognized Quality
Relevant have been – and still are – the recognitions our coffee has obtained at both national and international level, the most important of which, undoubtedly, is the prestigious Gold Medal from the International Coffee Tasting, the real benchmark contest for coffee tasting.
Since the first edition in 2006, we have collected a total of 18 Gold Medals, hence becoming one of Italy’s most-highly awarded roasteries and proving that our coffee has maintained a very high-quality standard, constantly over time.
