According to the National Service of Animal Health and Quality (Seneca) Prague, 121 thousand tons of frozen and refrigerated meat was sent to 44 destinations. The total value of the product was approximately USD 492 million which is 12% more than last year during the same period. With exports to Taiwan increasing, resumption of Kosher cuts and reopening of the European market the export volume and value has improved. The main importers are still Chile, Russia, and Taiwan which concentrate a 67% share in the purchase of Paraguayan beef.
