The processing of chicken eggs into egg products is a very promising niche in Ukraine, which is actively developing. In the period from 2009 to 2019, the production of dry egg products in Ukraine increased from 4.2 KMT to 11.9 KMT. Currently, chicken egg processing in Ukraine is only about 4% of total egg production, while in the EU counties, it is more than 30%, and n the US and Japan - about 46%.
