REPUBLICA.CO.ID, ACEH — The Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan) together with the Indonesian National Army (TNI) has accelerated the distribution of food aid to the Central Aceh and Bener Meriah Regency regions. A total of 18 tons of rice was distributed through land and air routes to ensure that the food needs of the people in remote and hard-to-reach areas are met. On Sunday, December 21, at 08.00 WIB, a SPM force from Korem 011/Lilawangsa together with a motorcycle community led directly by the Korem Chief of Staff (Kasrem) departed. This team is tasked with distributing 10 tons of rice to the Bener Meriah Regency (Gayo Lues) and Central Aceh Regency (Takengon) regions via land routes.
