Cheese and dairy factories in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate, which produces 60% of the country's mozzarella cheese, have started distributing the cheese to malls and shops in various governorates in preparation for summer. The Association of Dairy Products Manufacturers in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate has also agreed to reduce milk and dairy product prices by up to 30% due to the national stagnation in dairy product marketing caused by fluctuating dollar prices. Demand for cheese has increased by 40% this week, driven by the opening of summer cottages.
