Russia: 20 tons of dairy products were exported from the Volgograd region to Azerbaijan

In the period from August 20 to 24, 2024, the Volgograd Region successfully exported 20 tons of dairy products to Azerbaijan, with veterinary checks confirming the products met all necessary standards, as reported by the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Rostov, Volgograd and Astrakhan Regions and the Republic of Kalmykia. This transaction was part of a larger effort by the Volgograd Region's agro-industrial complex, which has seen a significant increase in exports, reaching over 1 million tons in 2024, a 42.6% increase from the previous year. The main export destinations include Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, and several other countries.
