"2025 Panama's Best" Green Coffee Bean Competition: Esmeralda Estate Sweeps Three Crowns and Breaks Two World Records

According to the Spanish EFE news agency, this competition brought together 22 top global coffee tasters and 22 international invited judges to professionally evaluate Panama's top coffee. In the "Washed Geisha" and "Natural Geisha" categories, Esmeralda Estate set new world records by scoring 98 points (out of 100) and 97 points respectively, successfully winning champions in both categories; in the "Traditional Varieties" category, Esmeralda Estate also won the champion with a score of 92.88 points. In the entire competition, Esmeralda Estate earned the highest honor of the "2025 Panama Cup" (Copa Panamá2025) with a cumulative total of 20 points, an award given to the coffee estate with the highest score.
