Turkey: 370 thousand carp fry were released into dams and ponds in Muğla

Muğla Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry released 370 thousand carp fry produced by the Mediterranean Fisheries Research Production and Training Institute to the Geyik Dam in Milas Çallı District, Köyceğiz Lake, Akköprü Dam Lake, Balcılar, Kozağaç, Kürtova and Gökçay Ponds. Provincial and District Directorates of Agriculture and Forestry and fishermen, producers, muhtars and citizens in the region participated in the event, which was held within the scope of the 'Fishing of Water Resources Project' launched by the General Directorate of Fisheries and Aquaculture of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in 2016.
