On May 23, a significant event took place at the China (Tianshui) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone, marking the first export of Tianshui cherries to Singapore. This historic shipment, amounting to 5.7 tons with a value of US$84,000, was transported from Huaniu Town, Tianshui City, and handled by Tianshui Junze International Trade Co., Ltd. The export marks the beginning of cherry exports in the northwest region and fulfills an order of 50 tons, with deliveries expected to be completed by the end of June. The cherries were flown from Chengdu to Singapore within a 24-hour timeframe and are set to be sold in Singapore's major supermarkets and e-commerce platforms, signaling a milestone in agricultural trade between China and Singapore.
