Turkey: 66 thousand tons of apricots exported from Malatya to 115 countries

Last season (August 1, 2023-July 31, 2024) 66,832 tons of dried apricots were exported from Malatya to 115 countries, earning 398 million 809 thousand dollars for the country's economy. Apricots grown in Malatya, where approximately 9 million of the 22 million apricot trees in Turkey are located, have sweetened palates in the world this year as well.
